EL DORADO, Ark. – Southeastern's Carly Button turned in the best individual finish of the season, posting a fifth-place finish to pace the Savage Storm to a seventh-place team finish at The Arkansas Collegiate at Mystic Creek GC in El Dorado, Ark.

SE carded a first-round tally of 350, followed by a 356 on its second circuit of the course to finish with a 706 in seventh place.

Button finished the first round tied for the lead with a 76 but would fire an 83 in the second round to finish with a 159 for the event and finish fifth, five shots off the winning mark.

Karen Kim was next in line for SE with a first-round 90 followed by an improved 81 on day two to card a 171 and finish tied for 22nd.

Hailey Richard followed with a 35th place finish on rounds of 92 and 100 to finish with a 192.

Jayli Feely would open with a 10-2 and close the event with a 92 to tally 194 for the tournament and finish 36th.

Lucy Handley would round out the Storm competitors in 40th after firing a 92 in the first round but withdrawing before finishing the second round.

SE will return to action March 25-26 at the Arkansas-Fort Smith Women's Invitational in Forst Smith, Ark.
