DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern is set to take to the road for the first of back-to-back road trips as it travels to Bethany, Okla., to take on Southern Nazarene on Sept. 27 with a 3 p.m. kickoff.

Saturday's matchup with Southern Nazarene marks the 12th meeting between the programs, with all of them coming as members of the GAC.

The Battle of the Storms is currently SE's newest active rivalry, with Arkansas-Monticello checking in at 15 games played and Arkansas tech next in line with just 25 meetings.

The first meeting came in 2013, a 31-14 Southeastern win. All 11 matchups in the series have come consecutively since then, with the Savage Storm holding a 9-2 record.

Southeastern comes into game four of the season averaging 26.3 ppg and posting 366.0 yards per game of total offense.

The majority of that work has come on the ground as the Storm average 198.3 yards per game rushing, led by
Levay Duncans's 243 yards, including a season-high 144 yard effort in his last outing.

Duncan stepped into the QB1 slot in week two and made his first collegiate start and has now thrown for 338 yards and four touchdowns over his three appearances.

Matthew Nunez has hauled in a team-high seven catches on the year with 108 yards and a touchdown, while
Victor Taylor Jr. still leads the group with 120 yards on five catches.

Kobe Jennings and Jex Sternberger each have receiving TDs as well, with Jenning hauling in a 46-yard toss and Sternberger taking one 77 yards to the house.

Defensively,
Andrew Grissom continues to pace the defense with 25 tackles on the year, while
William Wallis upped his number of stops to 16, with
William Billings and
Braeden Winters checking in with 13 each.

SNU opened the season with back-to-back losses before picking up a 17-13 win over East Central last time out.

The Crimson Storm is averaging 16.0 ppg and putting up 239.7 yards of total offense per game, with 153.0 of those yards coming on the ground.

Kaden Barron leads the SNU rushing attack with 205 yards and a score, while Bryson Evans has tallied 260 yards and a touchdown through the air with another 74 yards and a score on the ground.

Elijah Simons and Jake Wright lead the defense with 21 tackles apiece, while Wright and Ethan Minor have each logged an interception.
