DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will set close out the 2014 regular season when it makes its final two Great American Conference road trips to take on Southern Nazarene at 7 p.m. on Nov. 6 in Bethany, Okla., and Northwestern Oklahoma State at 7 p.m. on Nov. 7 in Alva, Okla.

The Savage Storm come into the weekend with a 16-12 record, and having already locked up its first winning season since 2009, it will now look to improve its 9-3 conference record in hopes of finishing second in the conference which would mark the highest regular season conference finish in school history.

Harding and SNU are currently tied for second just a half-game ahead of the Storm who can insure a tie for second with a pair of wins.

SE will lean on its multi-faceted offensive attack led by
Megan Kunkel who comes into the final week with 2.97 kills per set, while
Emily Gentle comes in right behind at 2.88 per set. They are joined over two by
Julia Benford at 2.42 kps, while
Ariel Sanders is at 1.99 kps.

Alissa Benson handles the bulk of the setting duties with 8.34 assists per set, while
Madelynne Cera is adding 4.65 per set.

Kelsey Zerkel leads the defense with 3.96 digs per set, while Kunkel is at 3.11 and three other are averaging more than two per set.

At the net, Benford has posted 86 total blocks on the year, while Sanders has added 82 and Gentle 80.

SNU comes into the contest at 19-9 overall and 10-3 in league play, but the Savage Storm was able to hand them one of their conference losses in a 3-2 match in Durant on Oct. 7.

The Crimson Storm offense is paced by Taylor Jacobs 3.44 kills per set, while Kaylee Piatt is dishing out 10.05 assists per set.

Defensively, Abbey Bell is posting 5.01 digs per set, while Jacobs has added 113 total blocks.

The Rangers enter the week with a 16-9 record overall and a 7-5 mark in league play that includes a 3-2 loss to SE back on Oct. 25 in Durant.

NWOSU is led by Asia Pipkin at 3.48 kps and Ashanti Banks with 3.27 per set, while Suka Tafao is dishing out 9.05 assists per set.

Defensively, Alina Fierro is posting 3.56 digs per set and Elisa Bentsen has turned in 106 total blocks.
