"Today was a solid win by our team, said head coach
Brian Nelson. "Dallas Baptist women came into the match with an overall record of 8-2, they have been playing great. To begin the match, we fell at #2 doubles but picked up wins at #1 and #3 to clinch the doubles point and take a 1-0 lead. In singles, Dallas Baptist won at #2 singles over SOSU's Nitu to even the match at 1-1. That was all for DBU though, as Southeastern won the next three singles matched at #1, #3 and #4 to clinch the match for Southeastern. DBU plays Oklahoma Baptist later today here in Durant, so both men's and women's matches today were played to clinch and the final matches abandoned. The women are now 7-5 overall and have now won three matches in a row. They will be back on court Thursday for Senior Day vs. Oklahoma Baptist."
