Volleyball Sets Summer Camp Dates

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern volleyball is set to host four camp opportunities over the summer spread across the months of June and July, with one camp aimed specifically at elementary age boys and girls, one aimed directly at high school players, and two others built for players from kindergarten through 12^th grade.
 
The first camp on the calendar is aimed at boys and girls grades K-through-6th and is scheduled June 9-11 from 9 a.m. till noon each day.
 
Cost for this camp is $75 per camper and it is for young players looking to learn basic volleyball fundamentals and improve their overall communication skills and ability.
 
The Little Storm camp will provide young athletes an opportunity to learn in a fun and positive collegiate environment, while being coached by current college coaches and players
 
There are two separate Storm Skills Camps on the schedule, with the first set for June 12 and the second for July 15, with each one set to run all day.
 
Cost for each of these camps is $75 per camper and is directed at athletes of all school ages who are looking to advance individual skills including passing, serving, attacking, blocking and setting in a challenging and fun environment. These camps will also focus on developing offensive and defensive systems for game play. Players will be divided based on skill level and experience.
 
The final camp of the summer is the College Experience Camp set to run July 16-17 and is scheduled to run all day both days.
 
This camp is $150 per camper and is aimed at grades nine-through-incoming college freshmen and is recommended for high level players through rising college freshman who want to experience what it is like to compete at the collegiate level. This fast paced college caliber camp is designed to give high school players the experience of a college practice. Teams and individuals are welcome.
 
All camps will be held in Bloomer Sullivan Gymnasium on the campus of Southeastern Oklahoma State.
