DURANT, Okla. –
Makensi Greenwood was a part of two new school record marks as Southeastern would set four total and post five top-10 finishes at the John Jacobs Invitational in Norman, Okla., hosted by the University of Oklahoma.

The first event of the day saw Greenwood break her first school record in the 800 meter, posting a run of 2:13.05 to finish third at the meet. She has broken the school record in the 800 meter at every meet that she's competed in the event so far this season.

In the 5000 meter event,
Sarah Coblentz had a season best performance crossing the line in 20:07.19 to finish 7th in her heat, while teammate
Yazmin Reyes finished in 12th place crossing in 21:36.34.

The 4x100m was the first event on day 2 that saw the quartet of
Jayda Williams,
Karissa Nixon,
Caylee Conley, and
Charisma Lacy-Ray open a gap on the field to win their heat in 48.15, which was good enough to finish ninth overall.

The 1500 meter saw
Arden Kesterson crossing the line in 5:10.74 to finish third in her heat and
Alexis Longoria right behind her in fourth place with a run of 5:13.64.

In the 100 meter hurdles,
Jayda Williams was second in her heat, clocking 15.38, and
Jada Johnson was also second in her own heat with a lifetime best run of 15.91.

The 400 meter event saw
Caylee Conley lead with the fastest time and a personal best of 58.20 to finish second in her heat, with
Madison Rowe right behind her with a personal best time of 58.27 to finish third in heat 5.

Heat 6 saw
Kaitlyn Cedillo finishing fast with a run out of lane 9 to cross the finish line in a lifetime-best performance of 59.00 to finish in second place. This was Cedillo's first time under 60 seconds in the event.
Kendal Fellegy came through comfortably to finish third in heat, clocking a 59.77.

Karissa Nixon lowered the 100 meter school record for a second time this season, posting a 12.37 to finish second in her heat. Lacy-Ray followed with a time of 12.70s to finish fifth in her heat.

In the 200 meter, Nixon was again the fastest finisher, crossing the line in 25.93 to finish third in her heat, while Williams won her heat in a personal best time of 26.92.

The 4x400m relay team of Fellegy, Rowe, Greenwood, and Conley shattered their school record set last month by clocking an impressive 3:51.35 to finish sixth overall in the event. Conley turned in the fastest split on her 400 meter with a split time of 56.87.

Samantha Wallis opened the field event action with a season best performance in the Javelin, finishing in 16th position with a throw of 32.46m.
Emma Berry finished right behind her in 17th with a personal best throw of 29.89m.

In the Hammer Throw,
Macayla Needham continued her record-breaking form, setting a new school record and breaking the 50m barrier, launching the implement 51.24m to finish in seventh place. Wallis was next best in the event with a toss of 45.56m to finish 12th.

The Discus also saw a new program record when Berry whipped the implement 38.65m to finish 19th overall.

In the Long Jump event,
Jayda Williams Leaped 5.56m to record the longest jump in program history finishing ninth in the final.

Southeastern will close out the regular season with a trip to the University of Arkansas for the John McDonnell Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark., April 19-20.
