Mildred Medina and Anjelika Abraham each set school records while
Madison Rowe and
Katlen Clem picked up event championships on Saturday afternoon as Southeastern closed out the OBU Invitational in Shawnee, Okla.

Medina set a pair of record in her first circuit in the heptathlon, turning in a school best mark of 1.56m in the high jump to set a new mark there on her way to setting a new school record in the heptathlon with 3,560 points which was good for second on the day. She posted three second place finishes over seven events, and was fifth or better in all seven.

Kelsey Sawyer finished third in the heptathlon, scoring 3,226 points for the weekend with four third-place finishes across seven events.

Anjelika Abraham set a third school record for the Storm on Friday night as she closed the night with a school-best mark of 18:43.67 in the 5,000 meters.

Rowe highlighted the 400 meters for the Storm, picking up a win in the event with a run of 57.71.

La'Najah Ticey and
Tailyn Higginbotham followed with top-10 finishes, with Ticey clocking a 59.03 to finish sixth with Higginbotham in seventh with a run of 59.57.

Clem added the team's second event title when she turned in 12:02.45 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase to win the event.

Calibre Keene crossed two spots later in third with a mark of 12:48.40.

SE's 4x100 meter relay squad of
Jayla Marks,
Ashton Carter,
Jaiden Leighton, and
Camaella Achuo turned in a third-place finish with a run of 49.35.

Clem posted a fourth-place finish in her first event of Saturday action with a time of 4:58.95, while Abraham crossed in 10
th with a time of 5:18.63.

Rowe added a fifth-place finish in the 400 meter hurdles after turning in a run of 1:08.10.

Emma Berry turned in a fourth-place finish in the discus with a toss of 38.12 meters, while
Chanelle Chandler followed with a throw of 37.34 meters to finish seventh.

Kailyn Freeman logged the first pole vault mark ever in the outdoor season for the Storm as she cleared 2.50 meters to finish fifth.

Berry added a seventh-place finish in the hammer throw with a toss of 38.80 meters.

On the track on Friday, Clem and Rowe led four top-10 finishers in the 800 meters, with Clem finishing fourth with a run of 2:17.23 while Rowe was next in fifth with a time of 2:20.69.

Higginbotham and
Ashlynn Barrett followed in ninth and 10
th, respectively, with Higginbotham putting up a time of 2:24.37 while Barrett clocked a 2:27.10.
In Friday field action, Berry turned in a javelin toss of 30.80 meters to finish ninth.
