EMPORIA, Kan. –
Madison Rowe closed out the 2026 season on Thursday night with a 20
th place finish in the 400 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division II National Championships in Emporia, Kan.

Rowe, a senior from Arlington, Texas, clocked a 1:01.89 and finished seventh in her heat and 20
th overall in the preliminaries on Thursday.

Her mark was her fifth-best time of the season and ranks as a top-10 time in the SE record book in the 400 Meter Hurdles.
Â
Rowe completes her season having set the school and conference meet record in the 400-meter hurdles, and over her career has set record in the 400 meters, the 400-meter hurdles, and is a member of the 4x400 meter record holding team.

This season she became the second SE track and field athlete to qualify for the NCAA DII National Championships and the first in a track event.
