DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern hurdler
Madison Rowe has capped her 2026 Outdoor Track and Field Season by earning a berth in the 400 Meter hurdles at the NCAA Division II National Championships set for May 21-23 in Emporia, Kan.

Rowe, a senior from Arlington, Texas, becomes the second women's track and field athlete to qualify for the national finals, joining Macayla Needham who did so in 2024 in the shot put, and is the first track athlete to do so.

She set a school record in the 400 meter hurdles at the Great American Conference Championships where she won the event championship in a time of 59.39 which placed her in the top-20 nationally. She has posted four provisional qualifying times on the season, including the record mark.

Preliminaries for the 400 Meter Hurdles are set for 7:55 p.m. on May 21, with finals slated for 5:50 p.m. on May 23.
