Keene, Clem Pick Up Event Titles at Little Rock Invite

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Calibre Keene and Ashlen Clem each picked up event titles to pace Southeastern to 66.5 team points and a fourth-place finish at the Little Rock Invitational in Little Rock, Ark.
 
Keene clocked in with an 11:46.13 to win the 3,000-meter steeplechase while Clem turned in a 2:21.98 in the 800-meter run to win that event.
 
Madison Rowe turned in a second-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles with a run of 2:00.85 on Friday afternoon.
 
Genevi Martinez crossed in third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a run of 12:56.83, while the 4x100 meter relay team of Mia Stewart, Kaydence Strong, Camaella Achuo, and Ja'Marriah Powell turned in a third-place finish with a time of 49.78.
 
Lauren Garza also turned in a third-place finish in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 19:39.07.
 
Kaydence Strong posted a fourth-place finish in the triple jump with a mark of 11.10 meters, while Clem added a fourth-place finish in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:53.58, and A'daria Slay posted a 59.04 to finish fourth in the 400 meter.
 
Southeastern finished the weekend with 25 total top-10 finishes.
